What a wonderful list. May I add a charity supporting children when a parent/sibling dies and also supporting parents & families when a child dies? Both specially poignant at Christmas: about 127 children will have a parent die on Christmas Day. Child Bereavement UK www.childbereavementuk.org/donate

I hadn't truly grasped the scale of this until unsuccessfully looking for an NHS appointment for my daughter (who's moved house away from previous dentist) in Southampton then Winchester then Basingstoke then Hampshire then Southern England...
