The only way I could stop the notifications

I started getting personal notifications from Elon Musk via twitter.

I do not follow him, and never have - yet he is somehow getting twitter to alert me whenever he chooses.

Anyone else seeing this?

Seriously, I don't even follow the guy, but he now has the power to push notifications to my phone.
