They aren't the answer. The chart in the article shows rice (concentrate) which is way different than rice. 100 g of rice is mostly carbs and has like 7 grams of protein. Rice concentrate is mostly protein and has 10x that much.

My kids used to sing the "that's why IIIIII loooove ... Nestle Crunch" song all the time but they didn't know it was a candy bar jingle. There are a bunch of videos of guys getting hit in the balls right when they lyrics get to "crunch."
