Hi Prof Moffatt. Enjoyed the pod as I enjoy MM as well. I agree that the supply issue seems to be with “family sized” units (eg 3+ bedrooms) but does that necessarily need to be provided in single family homes? What about townhomes, semi-detached and other low-rise forms that are more dense?

This is incorrect. The 98 is still every 15 minutes on weekends. It appears like this because of an issue in the GTFS data where the alternating to Hawthorne and South Keys are set to depart from different stops.

So lame! Glad they killed it off.
