I'm out with Kami while also filming this classic Rolf Autenrieth hybrid called SAARWELLEN. Named after the waves of the river Saar in Germany. Big flowers and a columnar body. Did timelapse too, and it looked remarkable.

There are lots of people asking what soil I'm using . I use a few different shop bought soils, but at the moment I am mostly using this one . I've tried making my own soil, which was a massive fail, with lots of my cacti getting rot

My Halloween season has officially begun, and I'll be watching a whole lot of stuff every day for the whole month now and Meeka is with me and loving her new bed A LOT so far! I'm so glad I spent the money to just bring her closer to me and Kami when we're inside.

Here's one of the giant Soehrensia candicans hybrid fruits from a plant that I consider to be potentially self fertile. Has a big weight to it, too. This whole thing is a decent trait and one of the reasons I am keeping the plant. The flowers were huge and beautiful too!

This guy just landed on my neck while I opened the door trying to go into the house. I had suddenly heard a loud thudd sound on my shoulder and felt tiny spiny feet dancing around on my neck. Thing was so heavy it gave me the scare of a lifetime because I thought it was a bigass spider #cactusplant

Reporting with a sandy not stoney soil as getting lots of puncture wounds around the edges. Didn't have any until I tried making my own soil . Back to the shop bought soil :) . #lophophorawilliamsii #lophophorawilliamsiicaespitosa #cacti
