I'm a little tired and just didn't see it that way. But that does make more sense.

I don't think your post makes a lot of sense but Putin is the one person who has the power to end this war and he could do it immediately. All he has to do is go back to his own country and take all of his soldiers with him. Stop shooting people in other countries.

It gets pretty murky since the Marshalls also work for the executive branch. But the Marshalls job is to enforce judicial orders. If a judge sent Marshall's to arrest someone working at a high level in the department of justice that would be very strange and quite a conflict.

So disturbing. 😢

I think a litmus test for a Democratic presidential candidate should be the agreement to dramatically reduce executive power.
