I block anything political, racial, sexual and/or sexually oriented. So my list of follows is small. ☺️
I selected topics upon account creation that had nothing to do with politics and it leaked in. Absolutely impossible to avoid anything politically driven. It makes me sick. So the best way to handle it is to block literally everything I see.

It must suck to have your head buried in toxic garbage 24/7. Please DO post more about everyday life aside from politics. It makes you feel better and it should wake people up to the fact that they shouldn't live in a political sphere for the rest of their lives. PERIOD.
