I missed Sam at first but I really enjoyed where they took her with the show (and later the books). I know it was a divisive decision but if they’d kept art the characters it’d be making a large cast nearly unmanageable.
In short, I liked it but not at first

The TV series is on constant rewatch in our house. Everyone involved knocked it out of the park. I’m holding out hope for more in about 20 years

I ordered them as they came out, I would sit on my bed and read them in one go then wait impatiently for the next. I can’t remember a book series I’ve ever done that for
