We had a lovely walk with Jackson and Syd and their mom @indigoclarke.bsky.social at Point Pleasant Park. The moms made many attempts to get a group pic but we only met them halfway. See the pic at the end when Barney had had enough and said "Byeee!" 😄

New Year, old friends.

Well, we managed to knock Cape Split off our Bucket List, even though Mom never thought we could do the hike of over 13 km. Don't let the yawn fool you—we even had some pep in our step near the end of the hike as we—zzzzzzzz.

This was the first road trip for Brandi and me where we left the province! Mom thought I'd be a little more nervous than usual so I got to wear my Thundershirt.
We ran an errand in New Brunswick and for our patience, were treated to some chicken yummies when we got home.

When you're told to stay out of the woods, you have to discover new areas of your city on your pack walk: We've been to the NW Arm before, but this was the first time in all our years we heard about this Halifax Explosion anchor! Thanks to our friends Syd & Jax (but mainly their mom)!
