linux experience is implementing logarithmic volume control yourself because developers of all desktop environments decided that you don't need low volumes, and that increments in 5% is the way to go. bonkers.

remember someone complain how on ios the scrolling speed is always constant whereas on android you can just swing your finger in one direction and it will continue scrolling and then slowly stop, which does feel natural
