Granted Mario Party Jamboree and Kirby and the Forgotten Land Switch 2 Versions Are also $80, but those are essentially DLC Bundled with the game, because if you already have The switch 1 version, you can just get the upgrade packs.

Plus, xbox and Playstation are the ones that started the $70 games trend.

I'm willing to bet that even if Mario Kart was $60 Instead of $80, people will still complain about it regardless.
The Negativity doesn't really affect me honestly, probably because I don't understand it, but even if Nintendo was a perfect company, there will still be complains.
