My favorite one so far is Haven Coliving, which mentions "japanese style sleeping pods" like it's a capsule hotel. For $1k/month you get a communal bunk bed with some curtains wow in a room of 10+ other bunk beds. Idk if this should exist. For $1k you can probably get an entire room somewhere.
Description from Haven Coliving website, describing "Japanese-Style Sleeping Pods" featuring "privacy curtains" etc It's a room of adult bunk beds. Except they're kind of worse than bunk beds. The first mattress is low low to the floor and pretty thin. The second mattress is probably at chest height. I think you can see 6 mattresses in this small room, separated by a grid of thin wooden walls, so they can call them "pods". Picture of the inside of a mattress "pod". It's a mattress and a couple pillows in a wooden box with a very low ceiling. The box is raised off the ground so it's likely also packed into this room with 10+ other boxes. Rate for Standard Pod starts at $995/month. You get your own pod with a twin mattress. Comes with utilities included, internet, access to the building lol

yeah yeah. you can see all the muscles under the horse's skin. every single pine needle. I'm really feeling the freedom of unreal. Fine. But I just watched a MIX indie game trailer about how you bet your fingers to play dice on a black & white pixelated yacht, and I'd rather play that any day.
