Yes, but: It's more complicated. Since Reagan took a swipe at ~male unions, white and pink-collar workers have worked hard to build their own unions. There's a reason nurses are paid as well as they are, compared to 40 years ago, and it's not something in the air that "influences" their wages!

Unfortunately, even if he learned nothing in his first term, he had followers who did learn from his mistakes and will work hard to make sure those mistakes are not made again. They will be efficient, consistent, thorough and merciless.
