yeah a lot of this is just spinning around lol my lil goldfish

it may be worth attempting just to get a good feel for the challenges involved. the problems are a lot more complex than they seem at the surface and while i have ended up with something workable, i would have ended up w something useful a lot sooner if i'd built on existing work

also: do not make the mistake i made, do not attempt to build an agent harness from scratch, it's way better to just use an existing one like opencode as a base and add the functionality you want through plugins and MCP servers. just my 2c though
