Democratic socialist. Anti-kyriarchist. Silly little guy. The past causes the present. He/Him.
The example that sprang to my mind is the infamous boss fights in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. In a game encouraging you to specialise your character for either stealth or combat, you're suddenly dropped into fights with bosses who are immune to stealth.

Everything he says is true...

Of the Europeans who migrated to America.

To be fair, he isn't an MP at the moment. He should be allowed to join the party as a normal member. But, perhaps the party doesn't need to crow so loudly about "poaching" somebody the current Labour leadership went out of their way to deselect.

I love No Man's Sky, so I have a very high tolerance for that sort of game, but I don't want it to be full of slop.

There might be a place for "AI" in procedural generation algorithms, but I want the assets that the algorithms put down to have been made by a human.

Our last chance for decent, moderate politics like stealing jewelry from Untermenschen.

I'd be willing to take on the curse, if they need a volunteer.

Despite the article's attempts to make him seem upset, I think he just found it amusing.

Farage would know all this, and his purpose can only be to use the denial of his motion to drum up support for Reform. Labour (mostly) abstaining _slightly_ works against the picture Farage wants to paint that Labour forces Parliament to undemocratically reject his proposals.

Facts in Labour's favour are that this was not technically a motion to withdraw from the EHRC, but a motion to introduce a bill to withdraw from the EHRC.

Even if it had passed, Labour could have voted it down later, or simply stopped the bill from being voted in the first place.

They'll consider it like I considered becoming an astronaut.

Don't worry, that's only for sex offenders.

Surely this will never be weaponized against trans people by defining "being trans in a public toilet" as a sexual offense.

"Can we have rent controls, more social housing, lower mortgage rates?"

"Best I can do is ID cards."

I dunno. I'm in favour of corrupt officials openly documenting their corruption. I think the issue is more to do with how hard it is to remove corrupt justices.

"I am a novelist..." Got a new book out, have you?

The procedural error being Trump not being convicted of insurrection.

"When you grow up you'll realise other people don't matter."

I hope I never grow up, then.

Bull by name.

Big words, but let's see them in action.

So she thinks the cartels have been destroyed?
October 9, 2025 at 9:01 AM
It won't be fair, but there'll be a next election. Trump still wants to keep up the pretense that he has popular support.

Congress is full of people who have been fixing elections for decades. That place is not going to come to the defense of democracy.
October 7, 2025 at 9:49 AM
He's implying that he's going to use protests as an excuse to falsify the election.

Seems to be how things are done in the US these says, sadly.
