I read something about #footguns and this image popped into my head. I swear I've seen this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it so I AI-slopped one up. It keeps me humble if I remember that a non-trivial fraction of people misusing my feature implies bad design cues that docs can't fix.

You can make an Old Country Brazos offset smoker cook evenly edge to edge by adding a baffle that directs most heat and air upwards right by the fire box. The 3 biscuits right by the fire were only slightly more done than the rest.
