Last time I withdrew from a course, I sobbed my eyes out. Still wish I could have finished it. This time, all I feel is overwhelming relief. 😅

At least my Tuesdays will no longer be a day of torture lol.

It takes a lot for me to withdraw from a course mid-semester, but after spending an absurd amount of time on the last homework assignment for Music in Film, I finally got a look at details for the final project.

No. Absolutely not. HELL no. I love and respect myself too much for this shit.

It’d be one thing for an upper level course designed for music majors. But this is supposed to be designed as a fairly straightforward gen ed.

The final project is EASILY 30 hours of work, requires us to find partner(s) to work with, write a 20-pg paper (minimum), plus prep a 20-min presentation.

Got my 2 spring classes picked out though, and for the first time since I started this program, they won’t conflict with my work schedule at all. My bosses will be delighted. 😂
