I’ve been photographing the nice bits of winter sun we’re getting at the moment, figured I could do worse than sharing them rather than just leaving them on my phone

FWIW I’m not new to this at all, I even led a workshop at my workplace earlier this year, so it’s most frustrating, I even bought new chemicals in case that was the issue but still in persists

Ok I am at a loss with this 🤷‍♀️ my cyanotypes just keep ‘washing out’, the image is there exposed on the paper and the second I rinse the image disappears - what is the most likely cause? 🧵 #worldcyanotypeday #cyanotype

He's basically saying, "I am allowed to be vile to a minority group because something bad and unrelated to happened to me" ?

If I have to explain to you why it's a bad idea to use a machine that makes shit up 15-80% of the time AND destroys the environment AND contributes to rising fascism and genocide AND puts brilliant skillful creatives out of work by stealing their work, then we're already speaking different languages

Why is trying to find a specific cycling route through oxford so difficult? used multiple sites this morning and all want to send me directly through the city centre 😮‍💨(FWIW I'm trying to find a route between South Parks Road area and St Clements that i'm sure I've been before but its not on a map)

What's bizarre is that the tip website says the best time to visit (aka quietest) is at 9am on a weekday, perhaps that has something to do with the rush hour traffic surrounding the site 🤔

3 HWRC's within a 20 min drive on my last home, all open 8-8, 7 days a week, all year - similar structure in Nottinghamshire where my family lives (open 7 days a week except a few Xmas BH's, summer open 8-8) . Oxford is woefully behind on this I'm afraid

"The current opening hours of HWRCs within Oxfordshire are from 8am to 5pm, seven days a week. These opening hours are quite lengthy, and other local authorities often provide a comprehensive service with shorter operating hours." May i introduce you to the place I used to live 🧵

Duke Humfrey's Library has been shortlisted as one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Libraries in the World by @1000Libraries. We’re currently at number 5 - and we need your help to win! Please vote for the Duke Humfrey's Library: 1000libraries.typeform.com/to/TdFzuF5W?...

The interior of Duke Humfrey's viewed looking from Arts End looking down the desk-lined central aisle towards the stained glass window at Selden End. The Duke Humfrey's ceiling, painted with panels displaying University of Oxford's motto, 'Dominus Illuminatio Mea (Latin for 'the Lord is my light'). In between the panels here we can see two white, blue and gold crests. These are Thomas Bodley's coat of arms.
Image 4: The bronze statue of the Earl Of Pembroke which stands in Old Schools Quad, in front of the entrance to Duke Humfrey's. The exterior of the Library and the Divinity School. Elaborate medieval gothic architecture with enormous arched windows on the ground floor, smaller arched windows on the second, and four tall elaborate spires amongst the crenellations along the roof.
