Does your clinician measure MIP and MEP on Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)? Measures of MIP and MEP will can show respiratory muscle weakness when FVC (Forced Vital Capacity) does not.

Consider asking your Neuromuscular breathing clinician if painless methods to measure Carbon Dioxide (CO2) via the exhaled breath (capnography) or through the skin (transcutaneous) might be available to you.

You may have noticed our decreased presence on social media and our slower response. We are working through a COVID-19 infection and a subsequent rebound infection. Our hope is to get back to our usual day-to-day operations the week of February 17.
