If the billionaires are gonna be all pissy about giving up some of their wealth, I would settle for both. How about they keep on being billionaires but we still have those services.

Brian, there was a similar issues with Jamaica, drugs being brought in via sneaky tourists in commercial airliners. The US literally ask and ask for the Jamaican government to intervene. They did, after the US impounded the country’s commercial aircraft. Trump is posturing for a deal.
