Something about the Driftless region creates more persuadable voters. Finstad's district, SE Wisconsin, and the Eastern Iowa districts will be up for grabs in a wave election. Not wise for him to go full MAGA in a year like this, but I'm not complaining.

Hennepin extends out into the exurbs. The Western and NW edges are definitely Trump country. St. Paul - Ramsey County, on the other hand, is almost entirely metro.

Finstad's district is more vulnerable. It has a growing progressive Rochester metro. So much of Emmer's district is pure MAGA, and he's gone Full Trump is his pursuit of being Speaker. Protest Emmer's offices to make a statement, but protest Finstad to pressure and influence someone.
