It’s deeply troubling to see that broad pardons could signal that using violence for political gain is acceptable. When leaders intervene to excuse actions that threatened our Capitol and democracy, it weakens the rule of law and emboldens future actors.

So because Hamas is guilty, that makes killing children acceptable elsewhere? That’s not an argument it’s moral bankruptcy dressed up as deflection. Humanity isn’t a partisan issue.
