It was a friend's birthday, and she got her drag family together to do a drag show tonight to celebrate 💛 And it was at a pizza place, so that was cool!
She started out with a Baby Jane number. She then did more Joan Crawford—"Don't fuck with me, fellas!"—and then a Veruca Salt medley. Loved! 💛

Oh, very important day today—I can put up my Halloween countdown calendar! We love Trick r Treat, so when we saw it, I just had to have it.

We bought this house a few years ago, and one fascinating thing I've noticed is that we seem to be on the path of some migrating... vultures(?)
They only ever show up in early/mid July in our backyard, and they always knock on the backdoor. I heard the knock again today and just Knew it was them!

I cannot BELIEVE how long it took me to get around to this! Claudette Colbert took home the Best Actress Oscar over Bette in Of Human Bondage, and man. She's so glamorous and gorgeous in this. It's tough to argue with that one. And he's soooo good and sooo classically handsome.

I cannot BELIEVE how long it took me to get around to this! Claudette Colbert took home the Best Actress Oscar over Bette in Of Human Bondage, and man. She's so glamorous and gorgeous in this. It's tough to argue with that one. And he's soooo good and sooo classically handsome.
I cannot believe how bad this is. The original Fear Street trilogy was so self-aware of itself, of the tropes and the eras it was portraying, and this is just... Hey, 80s tropes! Those are fun, right?

I cannot believe how bad this is. The original Fear Street trilogy was so self-aware of itself, of the tropes and the eras it was portraying, and this is just... Hey, 80s tropes! Those are fun, right?

I feel like this is essentially the "Gay boys in the late 00s" starter pack but hey, it is what it was, I was 12 :P Chris Evans really was the big one for me: There's one scene where he's just in a towel, and his character is so cocky that just.... whew. Watched that a million times.

And it is absolutely as chaotic as it sounds. But damn it, Jason—former Stitch mascot actor—got the other mascots to sing It's A Small World After All to their dead grandpa in the garden of Cinderella's castle, and that's a WIN!

I started playing a 2006-era Neopets clone site, and it's uncanny. Like it's all the old style art but then they'll have a big discord logo there.
Anyway I love Shoyrus, and they're a large part of the reason that a dragon in my head is canonically two-legged, not four. (And some Yugioh dragons!)

Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore are in the newest Almodovar film, and my goodness. It is utterly inexplicable in how bizarre and unnatural the dialogue is. We were the only ones in the theatre and we were just LOSING it over some of the weird lines and Tilda's deliveries thereof. Cïnéma, truly!
