Just to recap: prices are worse, planes are colliding, we’ve been spitting on the Constitution, citizens have less rights then they did last week, we’re building concentration camps…BUT.. the good news is that children in schools are scared for a reason other than bullets for a change. 🤷‍♀️

I’m a former Blackhawk pilot and am currently in DC for events. I heard the UH-60 flyby while eating a late dinner at the Wharf. I watched the emergency reponse. It’s unspeakably tragic what happened in very complex airspace at night. I won’t offer my opinion until we know more. People died.

Let me say this in no uncertain terms: the President’s actions today are illegal.
 
Cutting off people from healthcare, childcare, and other services is cruel.

The State of Illinois will fight this unlawful order with everything we have.
