Today marked my first healing retreat after yrs of waiting. ✨We explored what it means to hold tension + receive hope through crafts, guided walk, & sacred rest. No one had to explain or prove themselves, just show up & be enough. 🌿Caring for ourselves is resistance, a way of preserving life & love.

I can feel my whole body grieving some very challenging conversations right now. Women like Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde are the brave souls we need right now! Her courage, strength and voice has encouraged me and compelled me to keep speaking up.

It’s been a family tradition the almost 25 years to eat seafood at San Pedro port and visit a few stops in the area. Some of these are those we knew before they were married or had kids. I felt old and young at the same time in a beautiful way! This journey of life showed goodness today 🥰
