Hmmmm...the fact that it's been 20 years to implement without any undue effects perhaps might point that this law might not be the most critical thing on the board right now in regards to aviation safety. Just aaying.....

This all could have been settled in 2021 if the Senate had done their due diligence after the 2nd impeachment for insurrection. I'm not going to hold my breath that they will do anything now. Actions (and inaction's) have consequences.
