MA companies make money by spending less than the government gives them for your Part A and B coverage. If their costs rise they can raise deductibles, reduce extras, or leave. If they’re leaving it means they don’t foresee any improvements in profits.

People work as long as they feel the need. Social Security can start at 62 but if you get a very reduced benefit and if you keep working above $23K/yr your benefit is further reduced. Full benefits already don't start until 67 for most everyone, and you get more by waiting past 67. Max at 70.

The idea that there’s huge savings in making people work is a myth. Many jobs limit hours so employees are not getting HC benefits. Employers purposely leave HC insurance to the government.
