I said this a few weeks ago. I understand why networks quit giving his speeches exposure, because they’re all lies, but at this point more people need to see just how much he has digressed

The Royals first announced a plan to move the stadium by saying they needed a downtown stadium in order to compete in the future and now have wasted years exploring locations not downtown in places that don't want them. It makes no sense.

It is pretty unfortunate that the streetcar stops didn't include Linwood. I get why, but still a bit unfortunate.
I'd think Costco would be somewhat open to talking walkability/bikeability. They're also right off a very well-travelled bike lane

This is a procedural failing of our Republic when one person can decide what everyone else votes on and can prevent the majority from getting the outcome they want.

There is already one down on the Blvd (Strasser). But might be nice in the light industrial around 18th & Troost area

This seems right. Along with providing a little more space on the south side the empty lot, Taco Bell & Shawarma places could be made into denser housing with ground floor restaurants (and stairs from the HD parking lot to access if needed)

Not sure about own vs lease. Both of these businesses are helpful in midtown (where amenities are limited), my biggest issue that there is enough parking between the two of them for the day before Christmas to happen on the first nice day of Spring and still more than accommodate all the cars

It's maddening that we simultaneously know it was bad 50 years ago and yet continue to do it at a grand scale.

Yeah, that's a huge loss. And it's worse that we continue to not learn our lesson and are tearing down equally prominent buildings at 31st and Main - with no plan in place on what they're replacing them with.

That'd be surprising. My brother in law works for Home Depot and it's one of their highest performing stores in the region.

The reason it’s not the biggest story is because there are 8 other scandals equally corrupt going on consecutively. This, illegally bombing boats, Epstein, tariffs sinking the economy, having to take dementia tests regularly, rewriting national policy to side with Russia. Flooding the zone
