Usually after today, people see Black History Month as "over" and don't find it worthwhile to honor black people solely because its not February, which is ashame honestly. For me even if it isn't February that doesn't mean you should stop honoring or researching African History....

I'm starting to really feel how people just pick and choose what I explain and take it out of context :/. I had a guy acting like the 1984 movie Splash was connected to the ride and how I "didn't know the connection", outside the name and Tom hanks singing Zipadedodah, both things don't have a

While I'm thinking about dropping the Br'er Fox act, I have no idea what this person is talking about how "I love Disney", besides Splash being gone I could care less about how far they fall.
Again, sucks there's alot of hatred towards Splash Mountain fans because we're labeled as just racist :/

I'm going to go on record and say there's no way that guy is black. He's posting in a Jim Crow "blaccent" talking about how much he loves Disney. That human does not exist.

Felt the need to quote tweet this because the Br'ers aren't "some racist characters" like people like to easily brush off.
On a surface level, they're just cartoon animals, no different from Mickey or Bugs. Slapstick is the same as your average Looney Tunes cartoon and nothing more

Felt the need to quote tweet this because the Br'ers aren't "some racist characters" like people like to easily brush off.
On a surface level, they're just cartoon animals, no different from Mickey or Bugs. Slapstick is the same as your average Looney Tunes cartoon and nothing more

OOC: I still don't believe Splash Mountain deserved to die. I think people exaggerate how "bad" Song of the South is. While it's not a great movie I also don't think hiding it is a good move either, not only media preservation is important but also seeing how history was and how we evolved is...

23. When I was 3, my parents took me to Disneyland and at the time you could just roam with the characters and I was holding court with all the characters in Main Street USA to the point they stole me from my parents and paraded me around for half an hour.
