Naw, that'd just shift it to cops stopping drunks on bicycles instead. Less dangerous to be sure, and improves the accuracy of the R.I.D.E. moniker, but doesn't eliminate the problem. We should ban alcohol; no worry of anyone doing anything under its influence, then, right?
