I wonder if the group that really hates it is actually just the group that has never used show less?

I have complaints but it's generally fine imo

If you're looking to cut a forest for solar I think you've lost the plot regardless of any efficiency numbers.

This is really sick, is this written to a lexicon? I'd love to pull this into a link aggregator I'm working on for automated post game threads. I can throw a redirect in the UI as well

Just off vibes it doesn't have the sauce tbh

Go take 4g of mushrooms in a dark room in a meditative state then report back in the name of the scientific method 🫡

Yeah it'd pretty much have to be through a crypto with low gas fees although I guess you could do a virtual card you load up a single bigger transaction and the tip is handled via the platform
December 11, 2025 at 2:22 AM
This should extend to tipping, I'd love if I could load up a wallet and throw .50-5 at any post who integrates (bsky, leaflet, etc)

It may not contribute a lot initially but it moves us culturally towards creators being able to support themselves easily on atproto

GPT 5-2 model was pushed to Databricks this morning, so most likely happening, weird how it was pushed to dbx before their own platform though someone possibly fucked up lol
December 9, 2025 at 7:40 PM
This would be really cool if you could attach these annotations to any bsky.post. It would effectively be a community note lexicon across atproto and third party clients could pick them up and show them.
bsky.post

Ah unfortunately the Bluesky literacy crisis seems to have infected me

Hidden might be better phrasing than private
December 3, 2025 at 6:03 AM
I think they go hand in hand, decentralization is interoperabilies failsafe.

Ex. Reddit third party apps

We just haven't experienced the need for the failsafe yet.

I don't understand why we outsource this to a private company. It is not a complex system and has maybe 6-10 employees working at a time?

This should be an internally housed government service instead of a middleman contracter who can squeeze the gov as they please.

Your lack of nuance on AI and unwillingness to discuss the actual problem around electricity shows your intellect off well. I hope you have something else of value to over society.
November 30, 2025 at 9:12 PM
It's effectively saying damn housing is expensive let's throw away cranes and build by hand again instead of pushing for effective housing policy. It's such a dumb argument that can be refuted with 5 seconds of thought but you can't afford that much?
November 30, 2025 at 9:05 PM
Why do you view an increase in electricity pricing the fault of new tech vs the governments inability to adopt new electrical sources fit for the 21st century? Or vs the middlemen who refuse to upgrade their electrical systems driving up the price moreso?
November 30, 2025 at 9:02 PM
I think the impact on the ego is so significant people just shut down when confronted with it which leads to a lot of the AI negativity as a defense mechanism.
November 30, 2025 at 4:36 AM
Where do you draw the line? If a dev can't troubleshoot a function? A line? A file? Do you think they haven't introduced integration tests? TDD is SWE 101, and you can fully build that way agentically without a function level understanding.
November 30, 2025 at 4:23 AM
If the product looks the exact same but ones been coded from scratch and the others used a highly agentic workflow. Why the assumption that the user doesn't care about the product?

They're effectively the same product at the end of the day.
November 30, 2025 at 2:29 AM
To me means built via replit / one shot prompt vs using SWE principals with LLMs

Many answers here would pin a lot of SWEs in the industry as vibe coders, which is obviously not true.

Huge disconnect here between this crowd and the SWE industry imo which is interesting.

I also have a broken one from having a misconfigured well known file on the initial Appview Index and it won't update the profile.

DIDWEBs seem to be very finicky on Bsky
