I think once they feel they've gotten out of shape, getting it out buys them time to reorganize even if it comes straight back in

It needs to get 60 votes in the Senate and then Trump would need to sign it or Congress would need to override a veto. So, symbolic at best.

Wednesday have had about as bad a year as a club can have, but they've been competitive in many matches. I expect them to wear down in the second half, but I hope we don't wait that long to get a lead.
