Make Trump say that what separates his conduct from those of already convicted criminals is the Supreme Court immunity decision. Keep Trump in court, his illegal actions in the news past his presidency, and force the Supreme Court to face the consequences of their ruling in the public eye.

Then indict Trump for his role in the same crimes. Trump will claim he has immunity from the Supreme Court. DOJ appeals all the way to the Supreme Court, DOJ loses. Rinse, repeat, for the next set of crimes. And again, literally ad nauseum.
