As much as I'd like to laugh at them, it's just a bad press release. They have a VIP experience, a spring training meet and greet, and two similar minor league things in the actual auction.

It's awful for anyone who doesn't go regularly and isn't familiar with the menu. And sure, let me hold up the line while browsing the menu at the terminal instead of standing back and waving other people ahead while I stare at the big board.
