Indeed, the Supreme Court confirmed that "woman" means biological woman in terms of the Equality Act 2010. No change, just clarification

Just a woman defending women's rights, mate. Quelle surprise that the misogynists don't like that
December 11, 2025 at 7:43 PM
I know what a woman is. No man is or can ever be one.
December 11, 2025 at 7:42 PM
The law is the law, it doesn't care about how many people complain.
December 11, 2025 at 7:41 PM
The very defining characteristic of a transwoman is to be male. Otherwise all women could be transwomen, which we can't.

Whatever kind of "piece of work" she might be, she has the right NOT to have a man share her single-sex changing room.
December 11, 2025 at 6:58 PM
Its a miracle we have managed to continue procreating if the whole concept if "sex" is so mysterious
December 4, 2025 at 9:39 AM
You can't "identify" as female. You are born female. And the GRC is hardly intrusive or expensive.
December 4, 2025 at 9:38 AM
Gender is a social construct and is irrelevant in law. Sex, biological, material fact is defined and matters in law and life.
December 4, 2025 at 7:12 AM
What's the definition of "gender presentation"? How will that be defined in your new Equality Act? There are situations where certain groups are allowed to be excluded - non-disabled athletes can't compete in the Paralympics for example. Men, whatever their presentation remain men.

The Supreme Court is the highest law court in the UK. They have stated the meaning of the terms man & woman in respect to the Equality Act. End of. You may not like it, but it is the law.
December 3, 2025 at 9:51 PM
I am a woman and when I spoke you didn't like it.
December 3, 2025 at 9:37 PM
According to the law no, even with a GRC. For the purposes of the Equality Act women are adult human females.
December 3, 2025 at 4:25 PM
Its the law. Nowt to do with me. If you want to change the law, speak to your MP, set up a campaign group. Arguing with me won't change things.
December 3, 2025 at 2:07 PM
Well, you're free to campaign to change the law as you see fit just as women have campaigned long and hard to maintain their right to single sex spaces.
December 3, 2025 at 2:02 PM
The Equality Act 2010. They are a Charity I believe so if they want to change their constitution to include ALL men then they would I assume have to put that vote to their members and get permission from the Charity regulator?
December 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM
It has ALWAYS been the law (and science!) - the Supreme Court simply clarified matters. Not sure how you know what was intended by the Equality Act.
December 3, 2025 at 1:58 PM
They have to follow the law. Its not me that's forcing them. Its the LAW. If they don't want to follow the law they can change their constitution or whatever and rebrand and the People's Institute
December 3, 2025 at 1:12 PM
Maybe they got dodgy legal advice previously?
December 3, 2025 at 10:58 AM
"utmost regret" that they have to follow the law and not prioritise male feelings. I welcome a return to common sense.
December 3, 2025 at 10:54 AM
Do you ever consider women and girls rights? The law is clear. I am a TERF, not wealthy, just a regular female who stands up for women. Men are already "coming for us" and have been for millennia - that's why we need sex segregated spaces!

And if you go up to the roof of the National Museum you will get an amazing view (can't guarantee decent weather tho in Feb)
December 1, 2025 at 6:34 PM
Fantastic news, well-deserved. Thanks for standing up for women's rights!
