Hey, if they're going to try to convert me, I'm going to try to convert them! 😊

I miss my '92 Saturn SL2. Drove it for 21 years; it outlasted the company that made it. Sold it for $800 to a Navy guy whose main car was a racer and needed a second. I like to think it, or parts of it, are still rolling around out there. I still have lots of photos.

Yay, another label maker fan!

I have my cables sorted in gallon plastic bags. USB-C, Lightning, USB 3.0, USB Micro, USB Mini, Type B. I only keep maybe two or three of everything but USB-C these days. (And I use plastic bags for all my organizing!)

I'm just amused that now the same company is making Star Trek and Star Wars toys! (And I'm disappointed that this set doesn't have bridge, engineering, and Ten Forward playsets!)

ChatGPT has been suggesting some technique to me that it calls "The Lantern and the Mirror." Suspicious, I found a book by that name whose author "explores grief, creativity, and the aching beauty of being seen" with ChatGPT. I read some sample pages. It has the fingerprints of an algorithm.
