I can only conclude, assuming at least a fair bit of competence on their part, that my grid has lines exposed in areas that are still expecting high winds. But I have to wonder: if my grid does, why don't the grids east and west of me?

I'm also kinda surprised that my grid is still off. Yes, we had some wind, but nothing major enough that I could hear it inside. Or, frankly, that affected my walk even remotely.

At the same time, having walked around the area a bit, less than two hours after my neighborhood grid was shut off, I'm kinda surprised that I can see other grids active. Less than a half mile one way and two blocks away the other.
