This is Royce Chamberlain,who was apparently recently appointed to the DoD. He is a far cry from the legion of young college educated people who served in the DoD during the Reagan & G.H.W. Bush administrations. A cursory review of his timeline on X reveals his fundamental ignorance. Sad & Pathetic.
