This is literally the only game I've ever bought from Steam that I've had any problem running.

The troubleshooting is no help. The forums are no help. ONE GUY had the same problem I did, in 2024, and the only reply to the thread was asking if DirectX 12 was installed, which honestly just felt like dude was being mocked.

I went through hundreds of forum threads and reddit topics. No help.

There's no crash, there's no error message, it generates no log in any folder on any drive that I can find. It just sits there, forever, using 31% of my CPU and going frost-screen if I touch anything.

I let it go for 20 minutes at one point before I gave up and task-managered it again.

I spent WAY TOO LONG watching the .gif and waiting for the "It's a snake!" part.
