And, as another reminder, when I buy PACER documents, I make them available to anyone through @free.law's RECAP extension, which then makes them available to all at CourtListener.

PACER itself should be free, but, until it is, everyone who can use RECAP to help make docs accessible should do so.

The "I just want them to do it 'the right way'" crowd weirdly silent on all of these cases.

Looks like it's gone. Showing no account with that name currently for me.

Seems like we need a new obnoxious terminally online phrase for just rote normal stuff in life to make it seem special.

Ugh. So sorry to hear that. Hoping something pops up soon. Or maybe the state can step in and fund this as a public health good.

Ugh. That's disappointing. It sounded like they're waiting on shipments, so hopefully inventory arrives soon.

I was told by CVS in Culver City that CVS in Marina Del Rey has the vaccine for children, but haven't inquired yet. Might be worth a shot.

So sorry to hear that. Best wishes to you in whatever you're facing.

Birds are a mixed bag... Hummingbirds are the best. As are peregrin falcons, puffins, penguins and kiwi.

Not a fan of emus and seagulls and geese, though.

They desperately need a "pick up where you left off" function, too, so it doesn't always refresh and force me to go back in time. Might kill two birds with one stone.
