It was awesome! Brooklyn was a little overwhelming for a country mouse like myself, but 10/10 would go back!

This was also the book that I learned how to write with, so there were endless iterations. It’s angry, unforgiving, and full of hope for this broken as fuck world. I did the best I could and didn’t come to it lightly.

3. One perk of being a ghost magnet is finding random cats on late night walks to hang out with. (I was carrying food home at the time so that may have had something to do with it…)

2. Got to meet @pdjeliclark at @gibsonsbookstorenh last Wednesday. Ring Shout was one of the best stories I read this year. Stories that combine elements fantasy and horror with history are my favorite things to read. The paperback version just came out so go and get it!
