The issue, of course, is that it can only spit out inbred, incestuous remixes and there’s nothing stopping somebody else from being juuust different enough and kicking off the next big thing. Star Wars exists because Flash Gordon’s rights holders said no, after all

You have to understand that the film industry has always seen creative personnel as a hindrance and a necessary evil to make money. AI is a dream come true for them but they don’t realize how easily it can bite them like in the butt, leaving them with yesterday’s trend

Seems like the risk of player elimination would also be at odds with participation in collective problem solving.

Which is why I think games without discrete combat systems (like Fate, Cortex, SHIFT, etc.) are great for kids, because when one of them decides to offer candy to the monster, you don't have to throw out the combat rules and twist around some other mechanic to figure out how it turns out.

situations is "deadlier combat" instead of just not focusing on it. Want to make your game play faster? Deadlier combat. Discourage violence? Deadlier combat. Or, just don't have combat as a discreet option, and have mechanics that support diverse solutions.

Reasons include, but not limited to;
- Apple is a terrible anti-consumer/developer company
- The cost of development is high
- Requires Apple hardware which I do not own
- Apple users in general require too much support
- Keeping the software running costs too much maintenance
- License/notarization
