The obvious legal remedy to Bovino's inability to follow orders from the judge is for her to require him to spend extensive time training with police dept in how to constitutionally engage with the people

The question is not should the Dems expand the court first thing Jan 2029, the question is whether they should add 4 or 6 members -- best would be 6. And make them: Beth Robinson, Mary Bonauto, Paul M. Smith, Patricia Cain and some youngsters: Sarah McBride and James Roesener

In a USG shutdown it seems the responsible thing for states to do would be to withhold workers taxes until it is resolved. And perhaps spend the money on USG responsibilities in the states (Medicaid, Medicare, health ins subsidies, etc)

The sooner Dems start filling these completely reasonable motions the more likely it will take when some official goes completely off the deep end - 1st get some impeachments in the house - maybe a trial in the Senate - but if its never tried, definitely will get nothing

As someone with a little experience with AI, one thing I can say is that there is no way AI can replace people -- AI can be a useful tool (eg in my field a first drafter of code).
One area where it could be helpful is at the IRS helping auditors flagging high income fraudsters.
