I read and take hand written notes on a Remarkable tablet. Then I OCR those and clean them up in Obsidian. From there it’s all in Obsidian.

I interpret it as a call for unionization. The best bottom-up, worker-led unions are democracy in the workplace.

This is the first time I've written a talk and then not extensively rewritten it during rehearsals. Definitely some editing happening, but not nearly as much. Feels like I'm finally getting better at writing in my speaking voice.

Rough draft complete. 9,622 words to now mold into something coherent for a 50-60 minute talk. Given an average speaking pace, a 60 minute talk is ~9,000 words. I have a lot of quotes to put on slides that I won't be reading in the script, so I'm in the ballpark so far.

I'll reiterate what others have said. 71 is a lot. I'm at 27 books this year and I'm pretty happy with that. The world is full of so many interesting things and only so much time to enjoy them all.

I started playing 2 a couple of days ago. My kids played it a lot during early access, but I was waiting for it to be done.

I also highly recommend the first one. My only complaint is that they said no to multiplayer. I want to play with friends/kids and visit each other's ranches.

My mind also went immediately to Vonnegut when I read the phrase "they named a street after me for being good." I admire both Woz and Vonnegut, but had never linked them together for.
