Have hit the 50% mark for my new WIP so I thought I'd throw together a little guide to celebrate... 👀🗡️🏚️

For generations, the Pendleton family has produced a long line of thieves, forgers, grifters, smugglers, and yes, killers. When Emmeline Pendleton plans a celebration for the patriarch’s 90th birthday, the family’s grand Victorian estate fills up with relatives. Old grudges and rivalries immediately begin to simmer, but when a dead body shows up in the garden fountain, the heat turns up. Although each person claims not to know the victim or to have killed him, Em knows the culprit must be someone at this party, and their secrets could endanger the whole family. To protect the people she loves, she's determined to find the killer, but the secrets and lies her investigation unearths may tear the family apart along the way. Snippet: In the center of the garden sat a fountain with three sculpted tiers rising from a carved stone base. Among the lilies and clumps of algae in the lower basin was a body, facedown, wearing a very bloody shirt. Well, fuck. This most certainly was not in the spreadsheet. For fans of...
