I get it, I’m just being objective! The rampant capitalism is the real problem. Just because there’s space in the “market” for both our opinions doesn’t mean all of this isn’t complete, unsustainable nonsense 😅

I mean, I'd argue the value of streaming content is much, much higher than the value of cable content. And most people pay less than ~$70/month (average cable cost) for their streaming services. So where's the issue?
I'd be against all this if streaming sucked as much as cable. But it doesn't?

Counterpoint: Netflix's profit margins have been 10-20% for the past few years... pretty reasonable. And ~$10-15/month for the scope of entertainment you get is also very reasonable. I don't want capitalism - but in a capitalist world, this isn't that crazy
