“Homelessness” in an inner-subjective construct that does not fully describe the full diversity of societal cost and personal harm/trauma/suffering. Thinking about how our narrow descriptions of the reality that so many do not have a safe & secure place to sleep are getting in the way of change.

It is more expensive to manage homelessness than end it. Disabled persons forced to survive on our streets are costing you us as tax payers untold billion$. Apparently, people and governments don’t actually like money. Housing and supportive services is humane and less expensive.
