Boosting the signal on my awesome colleague Alex Gunderson's study of lead exposure in invasive Anolis in New Orleans. Somehow, they endure higher levels of lead in their blood than any other vertebrate!
These New Orleans lizards are full of lead
And they're doing just fine.
