Trump is correct in that we have been free loading, it's time we properly paid our way.

No money left for defence, all goes to pay for benefits for people, many who have never contributed to the UK economy and never will and would never ever fight for our country.

The US already has Greenland bases, some it has abandoned already, Greenland has never had a problem with being part of NATO and US defence, clearly,this is just about land grab, nothing to do with defence, that is just Trump's lies to cover for his real motives.

When the Russia Ukraine war ends, Russia will need to rebuild their economy and the only way they can do so is to pump oil, lots of it, the world will forget and move on and take it, all in a shorter time frame than Venezuelan oil.

Add in the expected fall in oil prices as renewed Venezuelan oil hits the markets, further misery for Russia, I suspect Trump has now lost interest in the Russia/Ukraine peace as his new South American hobby horse takes primacy.

As long as the US behave honourably towards Venezuela, this may be a good thing, certainly may help Ukraine if oil flows and the energy prices fall.

I accept the basis of your argument and agree in general, but obviously not everyone is prone to such behavior, many people will not use an I phone for example as it's seen as sheep following, me being one of them, I outlie on many behaviors, I hate the control of behavior by the likes Google and AI

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I formally complained to the BBC that they were just repeating Russian propaganda, most of the media have been doing the same, so the world has basically been fed the lies as well. We only know more of the truth, because we take the time to find out.

The guy is amazing, he has negotiated his way through Trump's shit, put up with his borish behavior, found his way when those around him let him down, absolutely the right man at the the right time, I admire all Ukranians who fight for their freedom, but Zelensky stands above all.
