Things you DON'T want to be web searching at 11:30pm on a Sunday night:
How to get pen ink stains off inside of dryer... 🫣😣
A $0.10 pen caused 1+ hours of cleanup on the dryer and clothes that it exploded on. Turns out nail polish remover (acetone) and rubbing alcohol worked best. 😐

Some days you just need to chainsaw a bunch of wood to unwind from work. Today was the day for me.

Finished my first half marathon! Weather wasn't great but big thanks to my family who cheered me on at 3 different spots on course along with all the volunteers, Nationwide Children's Hospital folks, supporters, and other runners. Now to rest for 1-2 weeks 😁🏃🏁

Wish me luck, ready for first half marathon (and it's raining and windy the whole race forecast). Excited to finish this!

I don't know that I've ever experienced such an amazing concert before. Worth the plane trip just to be here 🙏😁🎼

Last big training run leading up to half marathon in 3 weeks. Wish I could've gotten a longer run in but balancing training time with family and work responsibilities is tough.
Starting to taper runs next few weeks and then big race Oct 19 🏃💪 Looking forward to it! Wish me luck.

Wow, longest training run so far preparing for half marathon. Behind training schedule but the fact that pace and heart rate are improving I'm very proud! 🏃
Now to eat and recover 😁

Tested out GitHub Spark github.com/spark/ for the first time today. Worked quite well for first time describing an app and then having it generated while being able to inspect the code / preview it. A couple issues I found in testing, but liked the experience overall.

I was randomly going through pictures on my phone and saw this pic of my youngest years ago which reminded me of your profile pic (and in general fun outlook on life)

Enjoyed building this Star Wars X-wing model from "4D Build". My 10 yr old daughter built the main body and then I finished up the wings and stand.
Little tricky as the cardboard sometimes needed needle nose pliers to fit properly, but overall pleased with results. Next up is Iron Man's helmet!

Looks like it is still for sale, just search "nelson" in the company store. Very comfortable shirt and gets worn at least twice a month.

Just under a 10k for morning training run. Crazy how your body adapts and this isn't as big a stressor as the first one I did few weeks ago for my 10k race. #HalfMarathon here we go!

Testing out GitHub Copilot for first time as part of a Fix Hack Learn week at work. At first it wasn't apparent to me that premium models use up a message quota per month. Now I see it in the UI (perhaps a recent update).
Good to know for future tasks as testing out various models.

Way faster than my goal of 13:30 per mile. Very happy with results 😁

After missing the previous week, had a successful training run getting closer to 6 miles. Happy with the increased stamina and faster recovery afterwards. #HalfMarathonTraining

Great training run, first one over 5 miles. On track for 10k and half marathon later this year.

#HalfMarathonTraining Slowly increasing my distance while keeping pace around 11-12 mins/mile. Happy with the results even though hectic weekends with family activities.
